Trainer Atsu is great at giving praise. When my form is correct, he always compliments me. Even when the weights are heavy and it’s tough, he encourages me with “You can do it!” which helps me push myself further. My favorite exercise is the Romanian Deadlift, but my least favorite is abs. That’s why I really appreciate the benefits of personal training.
