Trainer Atsu is great at giving praise. When my form is correct, he always compliments me. Even when the weights are heavy and it’s tough, he encourages me with “You can do it!” which helps me push myself further. I think the reason I can continue enjoying my training is because of Atsu’s bright and positive attitude. Training can be tough, but I always feel refreshed after each session. My favorite exercise is the Romanian Deadlift, but my least favorite is abs. It’s challenging to focus on my form with each rep (and doing it slowly is the hardest part), but if I were doing this alone, my form would be all over the place and I wouldn’t be able to do it effectively. That’s why I really appreciate the benefits of personal training.
